Warranty Policy

7-Day Guarantee

Within 7 days of receiving the product, if any manufacturing defect occurs, customers may choose a refund, replacement, or repair.

15-Day Replacement Policy

Within 15 days from the purchase date, products with factory defects are eligible for replacement or repair.

2-Year Warranty

During the 2-year warranty period, we provide repair support and necessary spare parts for any non-human-caused damage.

Lifetime Support

After the warranty period, we continue to offer technical support. We will analyze the issue and provide solutions, including assistance in sourcing replacement parts if needed.

Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)

Sample orders (1–2 units) are available for testing. Small orders are offered under EXW terms, while bulk orders are typically FOB Shenzhen.

Certain customized models may require a minimum order of 500 units. MOQ for customized services such as logo printing, boot logo, packaging, and user manuals may vary. Please contact our sales team for details.

Lead Time

Samples: 5–7 working days

50–100 units: 10–12 working days

300–500 units: 16–18 working days

1,000+ units: 22–25 working days
